Job Title: Store Incharge – Interior Fit-Out Site
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge for interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site store operations, maintaining material records, monitoring inward and outward material movement, and ensuring proper inventory control at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all site store activities efficiently.
- Receive, check, and record incoming materials as per delivery challans and PO.
- Maintain proper inventory records for all materials, tools, and consumables.
- Issue materials to site supervisors, contractors, and labour as per requirement.
- Monitor stock levels and inform procurement/site team about shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage or wastage.
- Maintain daily stock register, inward/outward register, and material tracking reports.
- Coordinate with purchase department, vendors, and site team for material deliveries.
- Verify quantities and quality of received materials.
- Maintain records of tools, equipment, and returnable materials.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure housekeeping and safety standards inside the store area.
- Support site team during audits and material reconciliation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Store Incharge in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Knowledge of interior materials such as plywood, laminate, hardware, gypsum, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials.
- Basic computer knowledge including Excel and inventory records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation and stock control.
