About Company: Asuman Nutritech Agro Pvt Ltd is an active agricultural and food processing company based in Khanna, Punjab. the company specializes in manufacturing and supplying a variety of commercial cattle feed, animal nutrition, and feed supplements for dairy farmers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for cattle feed products in the assigned territory.
- Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Conduct field visits to monitor market activities, competitor actions, and customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, veterinarians, and channel partners to increase product demand.
- Plan and execute farmer meetings, demos, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
- Prepare and share periodic MIS reports on sales performance and market insights.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of cattle feed industry, dairy farming practices, and rural markets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+2 / Graduate /B.Sc. ( Agriculture).
- 2–3 years of experience in cattle feed / animal nutrition / agri-input sales
