Job Summary:
Responsible for managing POSP (Point of Sales Person) operations, supporting POSP agents, driving insurance sales, and ensuring smooth coordination between agents and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support POSP agents.
- Provide training and guidance to POSPs on products and sales processes.
- Monitor POSP performance and sales targets.
- Assist POSPs in policy issuance, renewals, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy and service-related matters.
- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain records and prepare sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in POSP handling and insurance sales.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
