Job Summary
We are looking for a Diploma Fresher to join our team as a Supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities, coordinating with operators and team members, ensuring production targets are achieved, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and shop-floor activities.
- Allocate work to operators and monitor their performance.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
- Monitor machine operations and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and work instructions.
- Maintain daily production reports, attendance, and shift records.
- Monitor material availability and inform the concerned team about shortages.
- Ensure proper handling and usage of machines, tools, and materials.
- Follow company safety procedures and ensure safe working practices on the shop floor.
- Identify production issues and escalate them to the concerned senior team members.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in the work area.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.
- Ensure proper handover of activities between shifts.
Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Diploma freshers are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Basic understanding of machines, tools, and shop-floor operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with operators and workmen.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
