Responsibilities:
- Sales Cycle Management: * Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
- Identify and target prospective real estate agents, brokerages, and property managers.
- Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct compelling online software demonstrations to showcase Trackxi’s features and value proposition to real estate professionals.
- Pipeline & CRM:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress within the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain high conversion rates.
- Client Relations & Feedback:
- Gather customer feedback and pain points to communicate with the product team.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, software sales, or real estate tech sales.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and the operational needs of property professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and consistently meet sales targets.
Preferred Skills/Certifications:
- Prior experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Sales training or certifications (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN selling) are a plus.
