- Develop and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and recommend preventive/corrective actions.
- Conduct incident/accident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
- Deliver safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements: Factories Act, OSHA standards, ISO 45001, etc.
- Monitor safe practices, PPE usage, and permit-to-work (PTW) procedures.
- Maintain safety documentation: JSA, SOP, MSDS, Risk Assessment, Incident Logs.
- Conduct fire safety drills, emergency preparedness drills, and first-aid training.
- Coordinate with management, contractors, and employees for safety improvements.
- Maintain safety records and submit periodic HSE reports to management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
