We are a digital marketing agency looking for a Social Media Manager who can handle client accounts completely independently — strategy, content, design, scheduling, and reporting — without needing daily supervision.
Please Note: This is a full-time, on-site position. Work from home is not available. Only candidates based in Panchkula or willing to relocate to Panchkula should apply.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage monthly content calendars for multiple clients
- Write engaging captions and create graphics/short videos yourself
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Handle community management — comments, DMs, brand voice
- Track performance and deliver monthly reports with insights
- Stay ahead of trends and pitch new ideas proactively
Requirements
- 3–5 years of social media management experience (agency preferred)
- Strong skills in Canva, Adobe suite or similar design tools
- Able to create Reels/short-form video content independently
- Familiarity in using AI tool for generating images and video
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite)
- Can read analytics and make decisions from data
- Self-starter — no hand-holding required
Bonus
- Meta Blueprint or HubSpot certified
- Experience with international clients (UK, US, UAE)
- Meta Ads knowledge
