Core Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate complex scheduling, resolve meeting conflicts, and organize internal/external board meetings.
- Information & Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the executive, clients, and internal staff; screen emails and phone calls.
- Travel Coordination: Organize detailed global itineraries, flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Document Preparation: Draft memos, format reports, create presentations, and reconcile expense reports.
- Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive corporate, financial, and personal information with utmost discretion.
- Office & Event Management: Oversee departmental workflows, plan corporate offsites, and manage ad-hoc special projects. LinkedIn +8
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of office software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, diplomacy, and relationship-building abilities.
- Organization: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Experience: Typically requires several years of experience in executive assistant profile .
