Role Overview:
You will be responsible for editing engaging, high-retention videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Long Videos.
Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form videos - Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and Ads
- Edit YouTube long-form videos with proper pacing and storytelling
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and basic color correction
- Repurpose long YouTube videos into viral short clips for Reels & Shorts
- Use AI tools for image and video generation where needed
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to understand briefs
- Stay updated with latest trends, editing styles, and viral formats
- Maintain brand consistency and deliver videos on time
- Organize and manage raw footage and project files
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor (Portfolio is mandatory)
- Proficient in any professional editing software - Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific formats (Instagram & YouTube)
- Basic knowledge of AI image generation and AI video generation tools (like Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Leonardo, Sora, etc.)
- Experience with auto-captions, sound design, and color grading
Bonus Point:
- Knowledge of Motion Graphics will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
