Key Responsibilities
- Banking & Bills Payment: Visit banks and Pay Bill .
- Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, paperwork, and document filings.
- Cleaning & Upkeep: Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure a clean and tidy office environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock office stationery, pantry items, and essential supplies.
- Cash & Vouchers: Manage petty cash, verify bills, and prepare daily / Monthly expense vouchers.
- Accounts: Maintain accounts books.
Key Requirements
- Graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic computer skills (Tally, MS Excel & Word).
- Honest, organized, and detail-oriented.
