About the Role
This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential learners through outbound communication and relationship-building. You’ll play a key role in creating a strong sales pipeline and driving learner interest toward Scaler programs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Reach out to potential learners through calls and follow-ups
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Relationship Building
- Build positive and engaging conversations with learners
- Understand learner requirements and interests
- Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads
- Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate lead records and updates
- Support the sales team with quality lead flow
- Contribute towards overall business targets

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
