Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Review financial, operational, and revenue cycle processes to identify risks and control gaps.
- Verify transactions related to billing, collections, purchases, inventory, and cash handling.
- Prepare audit reports with observations, recommendations, and risk assessments.
- Follow up on audit findings and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate with departments and support external, statutory, and accreditation audits.
