We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented PGC Executive (Physical Grading Checkup) to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, grading, and verifying the physical condition of mobile devices received from various channels. The role requires strong attention to detail, product knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate grading records.
The PGC Executive will be responsible for conducting physical inspections and grading checks on pre-owned mobile devices based on company quality standards. The candidate will ensure proper device categorization, identify cosmetic or functional defects, and maintain accurate documentation during the grading process.

Perform detailed physical inspections of mobile phones and accessories.

Check devices for scratches, dents, cracks, discoloration, and other cosmetic defects.

Grade devices according to predefined company grading standards.

Verify device IMEI numbers, model details, and overall physical condition.

Identify damaged or non-compliant devices and escalate issues when required.
