Job Title: Regional Language Telecaller

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers who can communicate effectively in regional languages. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The role involves interacting with customers, providing information, answering queries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls.
- Communicate professionally in regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, etc.
- Explain services and process, and offers to customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Escalate complex customer issues when required.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Fluency in one or more regional languages.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and/or English.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Skills
- Multilingual communication ability.
- Customer service orientation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales and persuasion skills (for sales-related campaigns).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
