Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tandoori & Chinese Cook for our cloud kitchen. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality tandoori and Chinese dishes, maintaining food hygiene standards, and ensuring timely food preparation and delivery support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Tandoori and Chinese dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as tandoor oven, wok, grills, and burners safely.
- Marinate meats and prepare sauces, gravies, and side dishes.
- Ensure proper food presentation, taste, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about ingredient requirements.
- Store food items properly and check freshness of ingredients regularly.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery team for smooth order execution.
- Follow company policies and maintain discipline in the workplace.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Tandoori and/or Chinese Cook.
- Knowledge of Indian, Tandoori, and Indo-Chinese cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling bulk orders and online food delivery platforms.
- Ability to create new menu items and improve recipes.
- Basic inventory management knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
