We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle HR activities independently.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

Process payroll and benefits administration.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus
