The Liaison Executive is responsible for coordinating with government departments, regulatory authorities, consultants, and internal teams to obtain statutory approvals, permits, and clearances required for real estate projects. The role ensures compliance with applicable laws and facilitates smooth execution of project-related documentation and approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government departments and statutory authorities to obtain project approvals, permissions, and licenses.
- Liaise with municipal corporations, development authorities, revenue departments, registration offices, utility providers, and other regulatory bodies.
- Follow up on applications, approvals, renewals, and compliance submissions.
- Maintain professional relationships with government officials and external agencies.
Statutory Approvals
- Obtain and monitor approvals related to:
- Building plans and layout sanctions
- Commencement Certificates (CC)
- Occupancy Certificates (OC)
- Completion Certificates
- RERA registration and updates
- Fire department approvals
- Environmental clearances
- Water, sewerage, and electricity connections
- Trade and other statutory licenses
- Work closely with legal, engineering, architecture, project management, finance, and sales teams.
- Coordinate with architects, surveyors, consultants, advocates, and contractors for approval-related documentation.
- Support land acquisition and registration activities where required.
