Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a school setup
- Freshers with excellent academic records may apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive cases with confidentiality and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students
- Address academic, behavioral, emotional, and career-related concerns
- Conduct life skills and mental wellness workshops
- Support teachers and parents in student behaviour management strategies
- Maintain proper documentation and confidential counselling records
- Assist school leadership in implementing child protection and well-being policies
