Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily brewing and beverage preparation operations.
- Prepare and maintain consistent quality of beer, or specialty brewed beverages as applicable.
- Monitor brewing equipment and ensure proper operation and maintenance.
- Maintain recipes, brewing standards, measurements, and quality controls.
- Train and supervise junior brewers and beverage associates.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory of brewing ingredients and supplies.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the brewing area.
- Monitor wastage and control beverage costs.
- Coordinate with F&B, Kitchen, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain required production, stock, cleaning, and temperature records.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve beverage-related concerns professionally.
- Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and statutory food safety requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree or relevant certification in Brewing, Beverage Operations, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Brewer or Senior Brewer in a hotel, restaurant, brewery, café, or similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, ingredients, equipment, and quality standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Working Conditions
- Work involves standing for extended periods and handling brewing equipment.
- May require rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must maintain high personal hygiene and safety standards.
- Work may involve exposure to heat, moisture, cleaning chemicals, and beverage production equipment.
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
