Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery pieces based on style, budget, and occasion.
- Explain product details including purity, weight, making charges, certification, and after-sales services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and relationship management.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to overall performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of sales experience in a retail jewellery environment (preferred).
- Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
