Roles & Responsibilities:✅ Full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT positions✅ Source candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other platforms✅ Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit✅ Coordinate and schedule client interviews✅ Negotiate salaries, rates, and close offers✅ Build strong relationships with candidates and clients✅ Maintain a solid candidate pipeline and update internal databases✅ Stay current with market trends, visa types, and recruitment best practices
