Responsibilities:
1) Must have recruitment experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Naukri
2) Preparation of Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Relieving Letter etc.
3) Maintaining both manual and electronic personal records of employees
4) Maintaining employee Leave record
5) Maintaining monthly Payroll
6) Handling employee Engagement activities
7) Maintaining company assets, hardware and other legal records
8) Any other assignment given by the Management from time to time
