Job Summary
Offenso Hackers Academy is seeking an experienced Placement Manager to lead corporate relations and placement activities across Kerala. The role requires extensive travel to companies for generating job vacancies, building long-term corporate partnerships, and creating employment opportunities for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel across Kerala to visit companies and develop new placement opportunities.
- Generate job vacancies and internship opportunities for students through corporate outreach.
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with HR professionals, hiring managers, and corporate organizations.
- Identify and onboard new hiring partners through regular company visits and networking.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, campus hiring, and placement activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between employers and the institution.
- Work closely with students by providing career guidance, resume reviews, interview preparation, and placement support.
- Collaborate with academic and training teams to ensure students meet employer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of employer interactions, job openings, placements, and follow-ups.
- Prepare placement reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Achieve monthly placement and corporate outreach targets.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Business Development, Recruitment, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in corporate networking and business relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala for corporate meetings and placement activities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. An MBA or relevant qualification is an added advantage.
