To take care of the Ice Cream sales for the City along with the near of City..
To appoint new Super Stockiest, distributors and manage the existing
distributors & SS.
Responsible for primary and secondary and Stock management as per company
norms.
Handling Distributors, Their Claims & payments.
Responsible for target achievement as per company.
Responsibilities for New town opening.
Managing all sales depot/C&F, Super Stockiest & distributor point.
To manage the TDC (Company owned outlets ) outlets and improve ice cream
sales in these outlets.
Monitor target vs. achievement on a day to day basis of the Key accounts team.
Settling claims (damages, trade schemes, misc. debit notes) within stipulated
timeframe.
To be the P & L owner for Ice Cream.
To manager team and get the best output from them.
Improve Ice Cream sales across your area.
Job Specification:
Good communication skills (English & Marathi)
Minimum 10 + years of experience in Ice Cream Marketing
Working experience in the Geography of Your HQ area.
Good leadership skills to lead and manage the team.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
