Job Description:
Chayam Tea is hiring a sharp, process-obsessed Ops & Fulfilment Head to take full ownership of inventory, packing, dispatch, and logistics. You’ll manage every order that leaves our warehouse and build the systems to make it frictionless. If you're still “coordinating with delivery boys,” don’t apply. We want a builder, not a babysitter.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily order dispatch (B2C & B2B)
- Handle purchase, production planning and inventory
- Handle FBA Shipments
- Track courier SLAs (Shiprocket, Bluedart, Amazon)
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and Amazon FBA
- Reduce RTOs, missed deliveries, and packing errors
- Build SOPs and train junior ops staff
Education, Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations management
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 2–5 years in D2C operations or fulfilment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
