Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and official correspondence
- Draft professional emails, letters, and internal communications
- Handle documentation, file management, and record-keeping
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action points
- Prepare presentations (PPT), reports, and summaries
- Support interdepartmental coordination and task follow-ups
- Assist in projects and tasks assigned by the Director
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / Degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office & email management)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, organization, and discretion
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
