We are seeking a skilled Architect who can independently handle design development, client coordination, and project documentation while contributing creatively to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concept designs, design development drawings, and presentations.
- Develop detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
- Monitor project progress and conduct site visits.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and building regulations.
Required Skills
- B.Arch degree with 2–4 years of professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
- Good understanding of construction detailing and documentation.
- Ability to manage project packages independently.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
