Experience: Overall, 3–5 years of experience, with a mandatory 2 years in Business Development.
Location: Noida (Onsite Role)
Working Days: 6 Days
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the US healthcare market.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
· Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and physician groups.
· Promote services such as Medical Billing, Coding, AR Follow-ups, Credentialing, and RCM solutions
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
· Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
· Participate in client calls, presentations, and demos with US-based clients
· Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
· Overall, 3–5 years of experience, with a mandatory 2 years in Business Development.
· Strong understanding of US healthcare processes and terminology
· Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal)
· Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition
· Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones
· Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

· Conversion rate (Lead to Client)
