We are looking for a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive for our Hotel Paramos Meeds in Madiwala Bangalore.
* A workload which comprises 50% Corporate sales for hotel rooms and 50% hotel's event sales
* Manage existing Corporate clients and seek to acquiring new corporate customers.
* Design, develop, and sell creative catered events.
* Respond to incoming event opportunities for the hotel.
* Maximize revenue by up-selling packages and creative food and beverage offerings.
* Close the best opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions and hotel needs.
* Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
* Manage Events by coordinating with clients , suppliers and internal staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
