We Are Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Kaloor, Kochi
KLM Assets Fin is looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager for our Kaloor branch. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the NBFC or chit fund sector with strong exposure to customer handling, market expansion, and revenue generation.
The position focuses on driving branch growth, strengthening market presence, and enhancing customer relationships through strategic business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new opportunities for chit fund business through field engagement and client interactions
- Promote chit schemes through direct marketing, networking, and local outreach initiatives
- Increase subscriber acquisition and achieve monthly performance targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continued engagement and service quality
- Track collections and coordinate follow-ups for overdue installments
- Evaluate branch performance and suggest measures to improve productivity and operational effectiveness
Preferred Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in NBFC or chit fund operations
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
- Candidates from Kaloor, Kadavantra, Edappally, and nearby locations will be preferred
