Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills to interact with prospective students, generate quality leads, and support the admission process. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
- Explain courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Schedule appointments for Academic Counselors.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and sales team for smooth follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
- Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
