- Understands that every child learns differently and is ready to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online lessons in Maths for Grades 1–8, following international (US/Canada) and IB curriculum guidelines.
- Conduct trial/demo classes to showcase the value of our programs to potential students.
- Provide personalized academic support, tailoring lessons to student needs.
- Deliver interactive, fun, and concept-driven lessons.
- Assess and track student progress and help strengthen weak areas; give clear, constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop and enhance lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Prepare and share lesson plans, worksheets, and digital resources.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant subject (Math and Science).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year teaching/tutoring experience (online experience preferred).
- Familiarity with US and/or Canadian curriculum and IB curriculum is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is must to teach native english speaking students.
- Strong digital literacy – comfortable with Google Meet/Zoom, MS Office, and online teaching tools.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Must be available to work during US/Canada hours and on weekends.
