Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through voice support.
- Assist customers with banking-related inquiries, account services, transactions, and general service requests.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately.
- Adhere to banking compliance guidelines and company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Salary Band 1
- HSC with 1 year of experience (any customer service/BPO experience) OR
- Graduate Freshers
- In-Hand Salary: ₹24,000 per month
- Monthly CTC: ₹25,000
Salary Band 2
- Graduate with 1 year of experience OR
- HSC with 2 years of experience
- In-Hand Salary: ₹26,000 per month
- Monthly CTC: ₹27,000
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in UK shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment.
