Job Summary
Sieger Spintech Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented VMC Operator to operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines for precision machining of components. The ideal candidate should have experience in CNC machine operations, loading programs, setting workpieces, and ensuring dimensional accuracy while meeting production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines for machining precision components.
- Load and execute CNC programs as per production requirements.
- Perform job loading, clamping, and alignment of workpieces.
- Set and change cutting tools, tool offsets, and work offsets as required.
- Monitor machining operations and make necessary corrections to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and machining instructions.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, and Dial Indicators.
- Ensure adherence to specified tolerances, surface finish, and quality standards.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Report machine malfunctions, tool breakages, and quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Follow 5S, safety guidelines, and company quality procedures at all times.
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
