Job Summary
SRV Agadi Hospital is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Marketing & Business Development (Corporate) to drive business growth through corporate tie-ups, referral marketing, institutional partnerships, insurance and TPA coordination, and community outreach. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital or healthcare marketing with strong relationship management and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage corporate, institutional, and B2B partnerships.
- Generate business through corporate tie-ups, referral doctors, clinics, and healthcare networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with TPAs, insurance companies, corporates, and referral partners.
- Promote the hospital's specialties, diagnostic services, and preventive health check-up packages.
- Plan and execute corporate health camps, wellness programs, CMEs, and awareness initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned business targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare MIS reports and business development performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- An MBA in Marketing or Hospital Management is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare marketing, corporate sales, or business development.
