Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with experience in field sales and technical sales, preferably in pumps, fluid handling or rotating equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits and build relationships with customers, consultants and contractors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pump solutions.
- Support product selection and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in pumps, fluid handling, rotating equipment or industrial products is preferred.
- Good understanding of pump types, fluid dynamics and industrial applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
