About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions into existing enterprise applications. This is not a research-only role—we need someone who has successfully integrated AI capabilities into production systems and understands how AI can solve real business problems.
Candidates with experience in the Banking, Financial Services, Lending, or FinTech domain will be highly preferred.
The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, and Software Engineering, with hands-on experience building AI-powered features, workflow automation, intelligent decision-making systems, and predictive models.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.
· Integrate AI capabilities into existing banking or financial software products.
· Build intelligent business workflows using AI and automation.
· Develop ML models for prediction, classification, recommendation, anomaly detection, and decision support.
· Convert business problems into AI-driven solutions using appropriate algorithms.
· Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to understand business requirements.
· Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to model deployment.
· Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLM-based solutions where applicable.
· Develop AI agents and workflow automation using modern AI frameworks.
· Build APIs for integrating AI services into existing applications.
· Monitor, evaluate, retrain, and optimize machine learning models in production.
· Ensure model performance, scalability, explainability, and security.
· Write clean, reusable, and production-quality code following engineering best practices.
· Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and MLOps deployment.
· Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and Generative AI advancements.

· Ability to optimize AI solutions for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
· AI/ML certifications from Microsoft, AWS, Google, or equivalent are an advantage.
· Experience with Banking or Financial domain projects is highly preferred
