Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, commission, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Handle VRF/VRV, Split AC, Cassette AC, Package Units, AHU, FCU, and ducting systems.
- Read and understand HVAC drawings, schematics, and layouts.
- Carry out gas charging, leak testing, vacuuming, and troubleshooting.
- Supervise junior technicians and site workers.
- Coordinate with project engineers and clients at site.
- Ensure work completion as per safety and quality standards.
- Maintain service reports and daily work records.
- Attend emergency breakdown calls when required.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV systems and commercial HVAC equipment.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and HVAC drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and tools handling.
- Valid driving license preferred.
