Position: Field Brand Promotion Associate (FBPA)Job Summary
The Field Brand Promotion Associate will be responsible for executing field marketing and sales promotion activities for MAK products. The role involves increasing product visibility, promoting digital initiatives, expanding the mechanic network, and building strong business relationships with retailers, garages, workshops, mechanics, and other stakeholders in the automotive lubricant market.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute all field marketing, brand promotion, and digital initiatives in the assigned territory.
- Visit lubricant retailers, automotive spare-parts dealers, garages, workshops, and mechanics regularly as per the approved beat plan.
- Ensure proper placement and visibility of MAK promotional materials at retail outlets, garages, and workshops.
- Promote MAK lubricants and educate retailers and mechanics about existing and newly launched products.
- Explain product specifications, applications, benefits, pricing, and schemes related to automotive lubricants and engine oils.
- Generate demand for MAK products through retailer, garage, workshop, and mechanic engagement.
- Drive the adoption of MAK digital initiatives among retailers and mechanics.
- Conduct Nukkad meetings, mechanic meets, product demonstrations, and in-shop sales promotion activities.
- Increase the mechanic base by improving coupon scan activity and mechanic participation in promotional programmes.
- Maintain strong relationships with lubricant retailers, mechanics, garage owners, distributors, and other channel partners.
- Collect market feedback regarding competitor lubricant brands, pricing, schemes, product demand, and customer preferences.
- Submit regular activity reports, market updates, outlet visit reports, and mechanic engagement data.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of field sales or sales promotion experience in the oil and lubricant industry is preferred. Candidates should have experience in selling or promoting products such as automotive lubricants, engine oils, gear oils, grease, coolants, or other related oil products.
Experience in dealing with lubricant retailers, distributors, automotive spare-parts dealers, garages, workshops, and mechanics will be given preference.
Industry Preference: Candidates currently working or previously employed with an automotive lubricant, engine oil, petroleum, automobile aftermarket, or related oil sales company will be preferred.
Age: Maximum 50 years at the time of engagement.
Communication Skills: Good communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills are mandatory.
Infrastructure: The candidate must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone and should be comfortable with regular field travel.
Language: The candidate should preferably belong to the same state and must be able to speak, read, and write the local language.
Salary CTC
₹35,000 – ₹37,000 per month
The final salary will be offered based on the candidate’s interview performance, relevant oil and lubricant sales experience, market knowledge, and overall suitability for the role.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
