JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Experienced Wedding Photo Editor & Video Editor
We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Wedding Photo Editor & Video Editor to join our growing team within the Asian wedding industry.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative eye, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for transforming wedding footage and photographs into timeless memories. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing wedding films and photographs to a high professional standard while maintaining consistency with our modern, elegant, and cinematic brand style.
You should be highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and confident working independently in a fully remote environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
There are no formal academic or professional qualifications required for this role. What matters most is proven experience in wedding photo editing and video editing, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' professional experience in wedding photo and video editing. Experience within the Asian wedding industry is highly desirable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit wedding films and photographs in a modern, elegant, and timeless style that reflects the Cinemotion Pictures brand.
- Create cinematic wedding films with a strong focus on storytelling, emotion, and natural moments.
- Produce engaging teaser videos, highlight films, trailers, and full wedding films that capture the essence of each couple's wedding journey.
- Edit and retouch photographs to a high professional standard while maintaining natural skin tones, colour consistency, and attention to detail.
- Apply professional colour grading and colour correction to ensure a consistent and premium visual style across all projects.
- Select and sequence footage and photographs creatively to deliver compelling and emotionally engaging stories.
- Maintain excellent file management practices, including organising, backing up, and securely storing project files.
- Collaborate remotely with the Cinemotion Pictures team and follow creative briefs, editing guidelines, and delivery deadlines.
- Review all work thoroughly before submission to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Manage multiple wedding projects simultaneously while consistently delivering work within agreed turnaround times.
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Exceptional wedding photo editing and retouching skills.
- Strong cinematic video editing abilities.
- Excellent storytelling and creative sequencing skills.
- Advanced colour grading and colour correction knowledge.
- Strong understanding of modern wedding editing trends.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines remotely.

JOB DETAILS
Job Title: Senior Wedding Photo Editor & Video Editor
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days)

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have their own professional editing workstation, reliable high-speed internet connection, and the ability to download, edit, and upload large media files efficiently.
Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing previous wedding photo editing and video editing work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
