We are seeking a responsible and proactive Manager on Duty (MOD) with 1–2 years of experience in a hospital setting. The role involves overseeing daily hospital operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and maintaining high standards of patient care and service. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling operational challenges efficiently while ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments such as front office, nursing, and support services
- Address patient and attendant concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor patient flow and ensure efficient service delivery
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards
- Support admission and discharge processes when required
- Coordinate with administrative and clinical teams for effective operations
- Maintain reports and documentation related to daily activities
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized environment within the facility
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of hospital operations and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
