Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Trainer to deliver classroom and practical training in food service operations. The ideal candidate should have industry experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing trainees for hospitality careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and practical training in F&B service.
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
- Conduct assessments and monitor trainee progress.
- Demonstrate food service standards, customer service, and hygiene practices.
- Maintain training records and practical lab equipment.
- Coordinate with the Centre Head and placement team.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or F&B training.
- Good knowledge of food service operations, customer service, food safety, and hospitality standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
