Business Development Executive (Software & Real Estate)
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for our software solutions and real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and online channels
- Meet prospective clients and present company products and services
- Promote software solutions and real estate projects
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Prepare sales reports and update customer records
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Software Sales, or Real Estate Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of Bengaluru market is preferred
