Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development and Sales Manager to lead our commercial team and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in B2B sales, proven leadership skills, and hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM. This individual will play a key role in expanding our global client base, building strong relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor fashion market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities.
- Client Management: Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions to achieve favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage the full sales cycle, track leads, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Performance Analysis: Review sales KPIs and data to measure success, identify improvement areas, and forecast revenue.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and merchandising teams to align commercial objectives.
- Training & Development: Support the professional growth of sales team members through coaching and performance feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and presentation abilities.
- Strong English communication (spoken and written).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or textile sectors.
- Familiarity with fashion market trends, seasonal cycles, and industry-specific sourcing.
- HubSpot CRM certification is an advantage.
- Multilingual ability is a plus.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
