About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our academic team in Kota, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be capable of delivering engaging, activity-based learning experiences both offline and online. The candidate must be comfortable using digital teaching tools and conducting interactive online classes for young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes for Pre-Primary students (Nursery to UKG).
- Deliver lessons using activity-based and play-way teaching methodologies.
- Conduct online classes effectively using digital platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
- Use digital boards, smart boards, and other educational technologies to enhance learning.
- Plan and execute online and classroom activities, storytelling sessions, rhymes, and creative projects.
- Create a positive, child-friendly, and nurturing learning environment.
- Monitor and assess students' academic and developmental progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and progress.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and lesson plans.
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and academic planning activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; NTT/Montessori/ECCE certification preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Prior experience in Pre-Primary teaching is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Digital Boards/Smart Boards and online teaching tools.
- Ability to conduct engaging online activities and virtual classroom sessions.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Creative, patient, energetic, and passionate about working with young children.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English communication.
- Tech-savvy with experience in online teaching.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Kota, Rajasthan are encouraged to apply.
