Department: Sales & Business Development
Role
1. Generate leads through field visits, references, local campaigns & door-to-door activities.
2. Promote rooftop solar systems under the PM Surya Ghar Scheme.
3. Meet residential customers and explain solar benefits, subsidies & financing options.
4. Conduct site visits, collect customer documents and coordinate with internal teams.
5. Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
Eligibility
1. Graduate in any discipline (Higher Secondary may also apply with relevant sales experience).
2. At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Insurance, Telecom, Banking, FMCG, Consumer Durables or Solar Sales.
3. Good communication skills and willingness to travel within the assigned district.
4. Bengali is mandatory; Hindi & English will be an added advantage.
