About Us
Dashrath Putra Foundation (DPF) is a registered non-profit organization working across India in Animal Sewa, Human Sewa, Nature Sewa, Sanatan Sewa, Education, Digital Empowerment, Emergency Response, and Community Development. We are looking for an experienced Process Lead to build, manage, and improve our fundraising operations.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and target-driven Process Lead to oversee our Face-to-Face Fundraising and Telecalling Fundraising teams. The ideal candidate will create efficient processes, manage team performance, improve donor acquisition, maintain quality standards, and ensure daily fundraising targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Face-to-Face Fundraising Executives and Telecalling Fundraising Teams.
- Monitor daily fundraising performance and team productivity.
- Design and improve fundraising processes, SOPs, and workflows.
- Conduct team training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Ensure high-quality donor interactions and ethical fundraising practices.
- Track KPIs including donor acquisition, conversion rate, follow-ups, retention, and collections.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment and onboarding of fundraising staff.
- Resolve operational issues and improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with management to achieve fundraising goals.
Required Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in Fundraising, Telecalling Operations, Sales Process, NGO Operations, or Team Leadership.
- Experience managing Face-to-Face Fundraising or Call Centre teams is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to analyze reports and improve team performance.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
