About the project
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Team Lead for our Operations Support department in Pune to support the ongoing development of our local operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, leading and developing a growing team, and ensuring efficient administrative and operational processes.

Your role
- Coordinate and plan language courses and programs

Assist in organizing and scheduling school offerings

Supporting day-to-day operations and administrative processes

Acting as a local point of contact and supporting the establishment & development

Assisting with coordination tasks, communication, and internal workflows

Supporting the implementation of operational processes and structures on site
Your profile
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in operations or project coordination

Structured, reliable, and independent working style

Fluent in English, German at B2 level

Strong communication skills and intercultural competence

Good PC and MS Office skills
