Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents.
- Regularly follow up with CPs for new project leads.
- Visit sites and locations to assess potential opportunities.
- Conduct basic market research and gather intelligence on local real estate trends.
- Share timely updates with the management team.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate or land sourcing.
- Strong network with local brokers and CPs in Navi Mumbai.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Navi Mumbai market is a must.
- Willingness to travel locally and conduct field visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
