Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our IT services team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, and supporting the sales process for IT solutions such as website development, software development, and digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and solutions.
- Research potential clients through online platforms, social media, and business directories.
- Communicate with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present company services such as website development, software development, and digital solutions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project discussions with clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly or quarterly business targets.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of IT services such as website development or software solutions.
- Prior experience in sales or customer interaction is an advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
